ECOCOOl S-CO5 - Synthetic Grinding Coolant for Tungsten Carbide
Ecocool S-CO 5 is a fully synthetic mineral oil free water-soluble coolant which forms a transparent, clear solution when mixed with water. The use of special ingredients ensures high resistance to microbiological attack thus making the solution biostatic.
Ecocool S-CO5 high biostability minimizes growth of microorganisms and fungi, excellent corrosion protection, excellent tool life as a result of the excellent wetting and flushing properties, leaves no sticky residue on work pieces, free of nitrite, chlorine and zinc,careful selection of additives ensures good skin compatibility, free of secondary alkanolamines/amides, conforms to German TRGS 611 4.1, 4.2(1) and 4.2(2), generally does not attack machine finishes.
Ecocool S-CO5 specially developed for the grinding of tungsten carbides where cobalt solubility in the coolant has to be avoided, also suitable for machining of stainless and ferrous metals, to ensure the optimum corrosion protection, we recommend a concentration of at least 5%.
